Gold plated silver medal
The medal is awarded for an outstanding contribution to biological science during the preceding ten years or for significant additions to a previous outstanding contribution to biological science. The gold plated silver medal is offered every two years if there is a suitable candidate.
The Nominator shall be the President or CEO of the university or organization.
Needed for nomination:
– A letter from the Primary Nominator.
– Two letters from co-nominators attesting to their support of the nomination.
– A short citation (max 70 words).
– A detailed appraisal of the nominee’s scholarship or artistic achievements (max 1200 words).
– Three letters of reference from independent referees and their biographies.
– A Curriculum Vitae (maximum of 20 pages).
