Strengthening the nomination dossier and increasing chances of success
Reviewers are selected from a pool of Canadian and international subject matter experts and high-profile individuals who have been successful in obtaining international awards and prizes. Reviews are anonymous and conducted in confidence, unless the reviewer expresses interest in self-identifying to the nominee and nominating institution.
Universities Canada coordinates the external review of draft nomination packages from submitting institutions and serves as the liaison between nominating institutions (and their nominees) and the reviewers offering valuable feedback.
