Nominations are accepted from physicians and scientists from around the world.; Multiple nominations from an institution are permitted.; Self-nominations are not accepted.
Prize can be for an individual or a group.; U.S. and non U.S. citizens are eligible to be nominated.; Nominees must be living.; One or more scientists whose scientific achievements have led to the prevention, cure, or treatment of human disorders or for seminal research that holds great promise to change our ability to treat disease.
Nomination information needed:
– The title and institution of each nominee.
– A C.V. and bibliography to upload for each nominee (.pdf).
– Nominator Contact Information.
– A suggested citation for the award (maximum fifty words).
– Description of the nominee(s) research as it relates to the nomination, including the top five references related to the research. (.pdf).
– Responses to two questions in the nomination form.
– Two letters in support of the nomination to upload (.pdf).
