Dr. Laura Auricchio is Vice President of the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation and a distinguished scholar of eighteenth-century French and American history and art. She previously served as Dean of Fordham College at Lincoln Center and Professor of Art History at Fordham University and has held leadership roles at The New School. A graduate of Harvard University and Columbia University, Dr. Auricchio has received numerous prestigious fellowships and awards, including support from the Fulbright Foundation and the National Endowment for the Humanities.

Dr. Angela Esterhammer is a Professor in the Department of English at the University of Toronto and an internationally recognized scholar of British and European nineteenth-century literature and culture. Her research explores how literature interacts with transformations in media, performance, and socioeconomic conditions, with a particular focus on the Scottish-born writer John Galt and his connections to Canada. A Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada, Dr. Esterhammer holds a BA from the University of Toronto and a PhD from Princeton University and is known for advancing understanding of the relationship between literature, language, and sociohistorical change.
